I used to run a real estate social media management agency, UGen Content, in Dallas, TX from 2023 to 2025. I worked with 10+ realtors and a handful of mortgage lenders, so I saw the backend: how agents work, what their time is worth and where they get stuck on social.
The content that attracted homebuyers and sellers was rarely made by a videographer or an agency like mine. It was authentic, low production content the agent made themselves.
Most agents struggled with three things: not knowing how to start, not knowing what to post and not knowing how to create the content itself.
