By using AgntFlow you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
AgntFlow is owned and operated by AgntFlow.com LLC, based in Missouri. We provide an AI-powered short-form video creation tool built for real estate agents.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AgntFlow.
You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
You retain ownership of any video clips and content you upload to AgntFlow.
By uploading content you grant AgntFlow a limited license to process and render that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to render your videos.
AgntFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Pricing is listed at agntflow.com.
If you subscribe through agntflow.com, your subscription is managed and billed externally through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in the app.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed and billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
For subscriptions billed through Stripe, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@agntflow.com with any billing questions.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AgntFlow is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or results from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgntFlow.com LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of AgntFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
