By using AgntFlow you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
AgntFlow is owned and operated by AgntFlow.com LLC, based in Missouri. We provide an AI-powered short-form video creation tool built for real estate agents.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AgntFlow.
You are responsible for your account and all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
You retain ownership of any video clips and content you upload to AgntFlow.
By uploading content you grant AgntFlow a limited license to process and render that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to render your videos.
AgntFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Pricing is listed at agntflow.com.
If you subscribe through agntflow.com, your subscription is managed and billed externally through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked on our website and in the app.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed and billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
All payments for subscriptions billed through Stripe, including the first payment after a free trial and any renewal, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact support@agntflow.com with any billing questions.
Taxes may apply where required. If you use a promo code or discount, it applies only as described when you redeem it, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may expire or be withdrawn.
Founder's special. If you start a free trial on agntflow.com on or before December 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Central Time) through the founder's special offer, your subscription is 20% off, and that discounted price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. On the monthly plan this is $48 per month (instead of $60); on the annual plan it is 20% off the annual price shown when you sign up. The discount first applies to your first payment after the free trial. If you cancel, or your subscription ends for any reason, the discount ends and cannot be restored. The founder's special applies only to subscriptions started on agntflow.com, is not available through the Apple App Store, and cannot be combined with other discounts. If you were also referred by another subscriber, the founder's special applies instead of the referral discount, and your referrer still receives their reward. We may change prices for other customers at any time without affecting your founder price.
When you start a free trial on agntflow.com, you receive 14 days of access to AgntFlow. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. Your card is not charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial converts automatically into a paid subscription and your card is charged the price of the plan you selected (monthly or annual, as shown when you signed up). Subsequent renewals follow the terms in Section 4.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least one day before your trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Plan link in the footer of agntflow.com, through the billing portal linked in the app, or by emailing support@agntflow.com. We do not send a guaranteed reminder before the trial ends, so please keep track of your trial end date.
Free trials are limited to one per person. We may decline or end a trial, and refuse a new one, if we believe it is being abused, for example through repeat signups or multiple accounts.
If you are an AgntFlow subscriber, you may share your personal referral link. Someone who signs up through your link receives a 14-day free trial and 20% off their first month after the trial, subject to the terms above. When a person you referred makes their first paid payment, you receive one free month, applied to your own next invoice.
Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are only available while your own subscription is active. Referring yourself, creating fake or duplicate accounts, or sending unsolicited messages (spam) through your link is not allowed and may result in the loss of rewards or suspension of your account.
You are responsible for how you share your referral link. We may change, pause, or end the referral program, or any reward, at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AgntFlow is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or results from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgntFlow.com LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of AgntFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
