These terms apply to partners in the AgntFlow affiliate program. They are separate from the AgntFlow Terms of Service that apply to people who use the app. By joining the program or using your affiliate link, you agree to these terms.
The AgntFlow affiliate program is operated by AgntFlow.com LLC, based in Missouri ("AgntFlow", "we"). As an affiliate, you promote AgntFlow, an AI-powered short-form video tool for real estate agents, using a unique tracking link. When a person you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you earn a commission as described below.
Referral tracking, commission calculation, and payouts are handled through our affiliate platform, Reditus.
You must be at least 18 years old, or a business entity, to join. We may approve or decline any application, and we may remove an affiliate at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, including your contact and payout information.
You receive a unique referral link. A referral is credited to you when someone clicks your link and later starts an AgntFlow free trial on agntflow.com within 60 days of that click, as recorded by our tracking.
If more than one affiliate link is clicked, the most recent click before signup is credited. Tracking relies on cookies and similar technology. If a person blocks or clears cookies, uses a different device, or signs up in a way we cannot attribute, we may not be able to credit the referral, and we are not responsible for referrals that are not tracked.
We may reject or reverse any referral that we reasonably believe is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
You earn a commission of 30% of each payment actually received by AgntFlow from a customer you referred, for the first 12 months after that customer's first paid payment. After that, no further commission is earned on that customer.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after any discounts, and excluding taxes and fees collected on behalf of others. For example, a customer on a discounted plan generates commission on the discounted amount they pay.
Free trials and signups that never become paid subscriptions do not earn commission. Commission is earned on paid payments only, so there is no commission during the free trial.
Commission is earned only on subscriptions started on agntflow.com and billed through Stripe. It is not earned on subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store.
If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the commission on that payment is reversed. If a reversed commission has already been paid to you, we may deduct it from your future payouts. Commission is not earned on payments from accounts we close for fraud or abuse.
Payouts are made in US dollars through Reditus once your approved, unreversed commission balance reaches $25. Commission becomes payable after the underlying customer payment has cleared and is no longer subject to a refund or dispute.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on your earnings. We may require tax information before paying you. If we cannot pay you because your details are missing or incorrect, your balance will remain until you correct them.
You agree that you will:
Clearly disclose your relationship with AgntFlow, including that you may earn a commission, wherever you share your link, as required by the FTC and similar rules.
Describe AgntFlow accurately, and not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the product, pricing, results, or guarantees.
Not refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts or trials, or earn commission on your own purchases or those of anyone you control.
Not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post your link in places where it is not welcome.
Not bid on or run paid ads using AgntFlow's name, brand, or misspellings of it as keywords, and not create look-alike websites, social accounts, or ads that could be mistaken for AgntFlow.
Not offer your own incentives, cash back, or discounts in AgntFlow's name, or promote any offer that we have not published.
Not use AgntFlow's name, logo, or other branding except in the materials we provide or approve, and only to promote AgntFlow. You do not acquire any ownership of our brand.
We set and may change AgntFlow's prices, plans, trials, and discounts at any time. We may also change the commission rate, duration, or other terms of the program for future referrals. If we make a material change to the commission for referrals you have already generated, we will give you notice by email first.
You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time. If your participation ends in good standing, you remain eligible for commission already earned on payments from customers you referred, subject to the reversal rules above. If we end your participation because of a violation of these terms, we may withhold unpaid commission.
You are an independent party. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of AgntFlow, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
The affiliate program is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any level of referrals, traffic, conversions, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgntFlow.com LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission you have earned and not yet been paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to promote AgntFlow after changes take effect means you accept them.
