AgntFlow ("we", "us") explains here how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account information. Your email address and the account details you provide when you sign up, including your agent profile (such as your name, brokerage, market, and preferred contact method).
Social sign-in. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider, your name and email address, to create and authenticate your account. When you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case Apple provides us with a private relay address instead.
Videos and clips. Videos and clips you upload or record to create Reels, along with related metadata needed to process them.
Photo library access. Access to your device's photo library, specifically the videos you choose to upload. We do not access or store any photos or videos beyond what you explicitly select.
Camera and microphone. If you choose to use Record with Teleprompter, we access your device's camera and microphone only while you are recording a take, and only after you grant permission in iOS. Takes you record are uploaded to your account.
Audio and transcripts. Audio from the videos you upload or record, which we extract to create a transcript, and the transcripts, scripts, captions, and conversations with our scripting assistant that result.
Usage and analytics data. How you interact with AgntFlow, which features you use, and events within the app. This data may be associated with your account.
Diagnostic information. Error reports and screen interaction recordings (session replay) that help us find and fix problems.
Website signup and free trial. If you start a free trial on agntflow.com, we collect the email address or Google or Apple sign-in details you use to create your account, and the plan you choose. The payment step is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Referrals. If you use our referral program, we create a personal referral link for you. When someone opens your link, we show your name (for example, "Alex wants you to join AgntFlow") and we record which signups came from which link so that rewards can be credited. If you sign up through someone's link, we use that link to credit the person who referred you with their reward.
Purchase status. Whether you have an active subscription or trial, and your plan and billing status. We do not receive your payment card details for purchases made through Apple or through our payment processor.
To provide, operate, and improve the AgntFlow service.
To transcribe your speech, edit your videos, and generate Reels, captions, hooks, scripts, and other content you request.
To understand how the service is used and to measure and improve product performance and features.
To diagnose errors and improve reliability.
To send transactional emails, such as account verification, password reset, trial welcome, and billing messages.
To run our free trial and referral program, including applying discounts and crediting rewards.
To manage our relationship with you and send relevant communications about the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your data is stored with a secure cloud database and hosting provider, and handled with industry-standard security practices.
We keep your content and account data until you delete it or delete your account, or as required by law.
Temporary files created to process your videos, such as extracted audio, are not kept longer than needed to provide the service.
We use the following kinds of service providers. They receive only the data necessary to perform their services on our behalf.
Payments. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple, per Apple's own privacy policy. Subscriptions and free trials started on our website are processed by Stripe, per Stripe's own privacy policy. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details; we receive only your subscription status and limited billing information such as card brand and last four digits.
Email delivery. An email delivery provider sends transactional email on our behalf.
Transcription and AI. Transcription and AI providers process the audio and text you submit, including transcripts of your videos and your agent profile details, to produce captions, hooks, scripts, and edit suggestions. Please do not say anything on camera that you do not want processed this way.
Video editing. Video editing and rendering happen on your device. Files you upload or record are stored with our cloud storage provider.
Authentication. Authentication providers enable optional social sign-in if you choose to log in with a third-party account. They receive only what is necessary to verify your identity, per their own privacy policies.
Product analytics and diagnostics. A product analytics provider receives usage, event, and error data from the app and from our website and signup pages, and session replay data from the app, so we can understand and improve the service. This may involve cookies or similar technologies on our website.
Customer relationship management. Our customer relationship management (CRM) provider receives your email address and profile details to manage our relationship with you and send you relevant communications.
On our website we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not record sessions on the website, and we do not sell your data.
If you use the free hook generator, we collect your name, email, city and niche to create and email your hooks. We may email you about AgntFlow, and you can reply to any email to stop.
You can revoke camera, microphone, and photo library access at any time in your device's iOS Settings. Features that depend on that access will stop working until you grant it again.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time using the Delete Account option on your Account page.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, uploaded and recorded clips, videos, scripts, and related data from our systems. Limited copies may remain briefly in backups or with our service providers before they are removed in the normal course.
You can also email us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
AgntFlow is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
