AgntFlow ("we", "us") explains here how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Usage data, such as how you interact with AgntFlow and which features you use.
Videos and clips you upload to create Reels, along with related metadata needed to process them.
Access to your device's photo library, specifically videos you choose to upload. We do not access or store any photos or videos beyond what you explicitly select.
To provide, operate, and improve the AgntFlow service.
To generate Reels, captions, and other content you request.
To send transactional emails, such as account verification and password reset messages.
Your data is stored in Supabase and handled with industry-standard security practices.
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Stripe processes subscription payments.
Resend delivers transactional email.
Creatomate renders your video content.
These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their services on our behalf.
Make.com automates video processing workflows and receives video and profile data necessary to render your content.
Anthropic (Claude) generates AI-powered hooks and captions using your agent profile information. No personally identifiable information beyond your real estate profile details is shared.
Videos may be temporarily processed through Backblaze B2 cloud storage as part of the rendering pipeline.
Apple processes payments for subscriptions purchased through the App Store, per Apple's own privacy policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time using the Delete Account option on your Account page.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, uploaded clips, videos, and related data from our systems.
